A police officer has been charged with having goods suspected to have been stolen from victims of the Westgate terror attack.
Constable Benson Gachuhi Kihenjo of Spring Valley Police Station was allegedly caught with a blood-stained wallet, credit cards, cheque books and identifications documents belonging to a victim of the Saturday attack.

He allegedly committed the offence on Monday.
Kibera principal magistrate, Bernard Ochoi heard that the policeman was also found with an identity card, three passport size photographs, belonging to the victim and his two children and an iPhone.
He was also charged with having 115 fake American dollars in his house.
He denied the charges and was remanded in custody until September 30 when his bail application will be determined.
